Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage actively in Child and Family team meetings, ensuring effective collaboration and communication regarding treatment plans and client progress.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that cater to the specific needs of your clients. These plans should align with our therapeutic approach and organizational guidelines.

• Regularly review and update treatment plans, documenting all interactions accurately and submitting required documentation within established timeframes to ensure compliance with agency standards.

• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, responsible for safeguarding all client records in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Utilize your expertise in diagnosing and addressing issues faced by children and adolescents, implementing evidence-based treatment strategies that promote their well-being.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions using telehealth platforms and, when appropriate, in-person interactions, adapting your approach to meet each client's unique circumstances.

Qualifications\n
