Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy tailored to client needs.

• Deliver couples counseling focusing on communication enhancement, conflict resolution strategies, and emotional connection rebuilding.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions aimed at resolving systemic issues, improving family dynamics, and enhancing familial support structures.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with the goals and aspirations of clients, ensuring a client-centered approach.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnoses of mental health disorders to create effective, targeted treatment strategies.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to provide holistic care and coordinate client treatment efforts.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, with a demonstrated ability to implement therapeutic interventions effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
