Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to understand clients’ unique challenges and develop tailored therapeutic treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, employing a range of therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Track clients’ progress throughout their therapeutic journey, making modifications to treatment plans as necessary and maintaining clear and accurate documentation to comply with clinic standards.

• Engage in regular consultation with colleagues to coordinate care, share insights, and ensure comprehensive support for clients.

• Participate in outreach and engagement efforts within the community to raise awareness about mental health resources and reduce stigma associated with seeking help.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Positive-Steps Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families from various cultural backgrounds. Our clients present a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Active and current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
