Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, allowing for tailored therapeutic interventions that meet each client's specific needs.

• Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary staff regarding assessment findings, treatment plans, and patient care strategies, ensuring quality of care through documentation and structured patient round meetings.

• Develop and implement therapeutic interventions using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based modalities, assisting clients in achieving their individualized service plans.

• Provide comprehensive case management for assigned patients through collaboration with healthcare professionals and community resources to facilitate holistic and cohesive care.

• Maintain compliance with documentation standards, ensuring timely and ethical completion of all paperwork necessary for patient care and departmental operations.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
