Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual and couples therapy using evidence-based techniques to promote client growth and foster emotional well-being.

• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals, monitor progress, and adjust treatment approaches as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Utilize teletherapy solutions for clients who may have mobility challenges or prefer remote appointments, expanding access to mental health services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily target adult individuals, couples, children, and adolescents facing a wide array of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid, full licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 101,000 annually, complemented by a productivity-based bonus structure. Additional benefits include:
