Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT, your role will involve working with couples and families, employing your expertise to address their unique challenges. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments for couples and families to develop tailored therapy plans.

• Facilitating both joint sessions with couples and individual therapy for each family member, ensuring that all voices are heard and their needs addressed.

• Addressing complex issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, sibling conflicts, job stress, and blended family dynamics within your therapeutic approach.

• Implementing best practices in therapy, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to drive positive outcomes for your clients.

• Documenting patient progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with professional and organizational protocols.
\n
• Collaborating with other mental health professionals to develop a cohesive plan of care that meets all aspects of client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve couples, families, and individuals seeking support for various issues affecting their relationships and mental health. This includes handling matters such as:

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
