Working from home, you will have the flexibility to manage your schedule while adhering to our operational hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized therapy sessions that address the unique needs of each client, utilizing various therapeutic techniques tailored to their specific situations.

• Engage proactively with families and other healthcare professionals to develop well-rounded treatment plans that integrate insights and treatment approaches.

• Document all client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans in a confidential and organized manner, contributing to the standardized electronic health records system we use.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss case management, share insights, and collaborate on best practices to enhance client outcomes.

• Facilitate workshops and information sessions to educate clients and their families on mental health issues, coping strategies, and available resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will primarily work with couples seeking to resolve interpersonal conflicts, families navigating transitions, and individuals managing mental health challenges. The clients you serve may present with a range of issues—such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, or parenting struggles—requiring a compassionate, yet strategic approach to therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• An active and valid LMFT license in California.
\n
• Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to assess and respond to client needs in a therapeutic setting.

• Experience with teletherapy practices and electronic health record systems is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
