Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mood disorders and relationship challenges, ensuring a thorough understanding of their emotional and psychological needs.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to meet each client's specific goals.

• Provide psychoeducation for clients and their families, empowering them with knowledge about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to enhance their emotional well-being.

• Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to align with their evolving needs while documenting outcomes in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care for clients, optimizing therapeutic outcomes.

• Stay informed about the latest research in therapy and mental health to continually enhance therapy practices and strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
