Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibility will be to provide therapeutic services to clients, both individually and within a family context. This involves:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand the unique needs of each client and their family dynamics.

• Developing individualized treatment plans that address a range of issues, including alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, and communication difficulties.

• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples, individuals, and families, employing interventions that promote healing and growth.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans in accordance with organizational and legal standards.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals within our organization to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population, including adults and adolescents, who may be facing a variety of challenges such as adjustment to divorce, sibling rivalry, mother-daughter conflicts, and stress-related issues. Your efforts will help clients navigate these complexities and develop healthier communication and coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Current and valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) status.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Active state licensure in Arizona.
