This full-time position operates in a remote setting, utilizing advanced telehealth technologies to connect with clients. You will work within an outpatient office model, focusing on providing therapy to clients in their homes or convenient settings. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at The Journey For Healing, you will:

• Provide evidence-based therapy: Utilize proven therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, and family systems therapy tailored to meet the individual and family needs of your clients.

• Conduct thorough assessments: Engage in clinical evaluations to identify treatment needs, formulate care plans, and monitor client progress over time.

• Maintain accurate documentation: Keep meticulous records of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and client interactions in accordance with HIPAA regulations and company policy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team: Work with other mental health professionals, including psychologists and social workers, to enhance treatment outcomes and provide comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• An active LMFT license issued by the state of California.
