This role will be conducted primarily in a remote setting, allowing for flexible work arrangements that meet the needs of our therapists and clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy sessions for clients, employing various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and family systems therapy, to address specific emotional and relational challenges.

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, integrating their unique values and goals into the therapeutic process.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions aimed at enhancing interpersonal dynamics among participants and providing mutual support.

• Document client progress accurately and maintain comprehensive records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Empower clients by equipping them with practical coping strategies and resources to enhance their resilience in daily life.

• Work closely with other professionals to coordinate care for clients, ensuring comprehensive treatment approaches and referring clients to additional services when necessary.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in the field of marriage and family therapy, preferably working with a diverse client demographic.

Compensation and Benefits\n
