Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to clients managing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse.

• Perform comprehensive diagnostic assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and create personalized treatment plans that address their specific needs and goals.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and educational professionals, to develop integrated care strategies.

• Maintain accurate and confidential electronic health records (EHR) that comply with HIPAA regulations while documenting client interactions and treatment outcomes.

• Participate actively in clinical supervision sessions and pursue continuing education opportunities to remain updated on the latest evidence-based practices and therapeutical advancements.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments when necessary, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients in challenging situations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base is diverse, encompassing individuals from various cultural, socioeconomic, and age backgrounds. You will work closely with clients facing a broad spectrum of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, relationship difficulties, and substance use issues. Your role will focus on empowering these individuals to achieve their mental health goals and improve their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is required.

• Current licensure as a mental health counselor in the State of Washington is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years’ experience in providing mental health counseling services to individuals, couples, and groups is essential.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate with a diverse team.

• Demonstrated organizational skills, with proficiency in electronic health record systems and related technologies.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
