Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations and deliver targeted short-term psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing case management, evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning methodologies.

• Provide therapy services that incorporate evidence-based practices for diverse client needs, including crisis intervention, skills training, couples counseling, and family therapy.

• Work collaboratively under the supervision of licensed psychologists and psychiatrists, ensuring all clinical services align with best practices and therapeutic standards.

• Manage and determine an appropriate caseload, maintaining accountability for 10 to 30 billable hours per week, tailored to individual schedules.

• Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation, including assessment records, therapy notes, and reports, while adhering to HIPAA regulations and other legal requirements.

• Engage in continuous professional development through team meetings, consultations, and by integrating feedback into clinical practice.

• Explore and propose intervention alternatives tailored to meet the unique sociocultural contexts of our clients.

• Act as a consultant within the interdisciplinary clinical team to refine treatment plans and support overall patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT license or Psy.D in the state of Texas is required for this position.

Compensation and Benefits\n
