Key Responsibilities\n

• Offer individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing modalities such as structural family, strategic, systems, and narrative therapy practices.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are tailored to each client’s specific challenges and goals.

• Document patient progress and therapeutic outcomes, maintaining detailed records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Wellmore Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals and families facing various challenges such as relationship issues, mental health concerns, and life transitions. Your focus on psychoeducation and relationship counseling will empower clients to improve communication and strengthen their emotional connections. The remote setting allows you to reach a broader audience, extending support to clients who may otherwise face barriers to accessing traditional in-person therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in marriage and family therapy or a closely related field is required.

• A valid MFT license in the state of Maryland is essential.

• Clinical experience of at least one year post-licensure, with a strong emphasis on working within outpatient settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
