Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, allowing for a balanced and flexible work schedule from Monday to Friday, specifically from 9 AM to 5 PM. While you will have the convenience of working from home, you will still engage with a supportive multidisciplinary team consisting of fellow therapists, case managers, and psychiatrists. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with Key Well Counseling, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, tailored to address a wide range of behavioral health concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma.

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients' psychological health and formulate personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique goals and challenges.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Family Systems Therapy, to empower clients in their healing journeys.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation following clinic protocols and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, thereby facilitating effective client management.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of cohesive care, participating in regular team meetings to discuss client updates and treatment strategies.

• Providing crisis intervention when necessary, reinforcing the safety and well-being of clients during distressing situations.
