Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a member of our outpatient services team, you will work with diverse client populations, including individuals facing relationship issues, families struggling with communication breakdowns, and couples seeking to strengthen their connections. Many of our clients may also be navigating the impacts of trauma, anxiety, depression, and addiction, making empathy, cultural competence, and specialized knowledge essential in your role.

Qualifications\n

• A current license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Maryland.

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in mental health, psychology, or a related field; a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely associated discipline is strongly preferred.

• At least one year of professional experience as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
