Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Central Coast Psychotherapy Center, your key responsibilities include:

• Providing individual, couple, and family therapy sessions via telehealth, focusing on improvement of interpersonal relationships and emotional health.

• Diagnosing and treating clients dealing with issues such as grief and loss, conflict resolution among family members, adjustment to separation and divorce, and blended family dynamics.

• Developing personalized treatment plans tailored to clients’ specific needs and goals.

• Engaging with clients from diverse backgrounds and ensuring culturally competent care.

• Maintaining thorough and accurate client records, progress notes, and treatment documentation in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated support and enhance patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with adult and child/adolescent populations, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns.
