Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will play an integral role in providing therapeutic support to clients seeking guidance for a variety of complex issues. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and couples therapy sessions, both in group settings and on a one-on-one basis.

• Assessing and diagnosing mental health conditions to formulate personalized treatment plans.

• Addressing topics such as alcohol abuse, conflicts among family members, grief and loss, medical issues, and blended family dynamics.

• Facilitating family therapy sessions focused on improving communication and resolving conflicts.
\n
• Providing crisis intervention as needed, ensuring immediate support during critical situations.

• Documenting progress, maintaining accurate patient records, and ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including adults, children, and adolescents facing challenges related to interpersonal relationships, family dynamics, and mental health disabilities. Your expertise will help families manage adjustment issues surrounding separation, divorce, and familial conflicts, ultimately leading to improved emotional and relational health.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
