Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients, assessing the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective intervention strategies.

• Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans that integrate their specific requirements, goals, and personal preferences, ensuring a tailored approach to therapy.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address mood disorders and facilitate positive change.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care practices to empower them in their recovery journeys.

• Monitor and track clients' progress diligently, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed based on ongoing assessments and feedback.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to coordinate integrated care, enhancing the overall treatment experience for clients.
