Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide remote psychotherapy for participants enrolled in an evidence-based 8-week behavioral health program, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other solution-focused approaches.

• Conduct regular assessments of participant progress, advise on care coordination needs, and complete thorough documentation of therapy sessions.

• Collaborate as an integral member of a multidisciplinary care team, assisting participants with resource navigation and ensuring completion of necessary consent and authorization forms.

• Identify high-risk participants and implement appropriate interventions, adhering to company safety protocols to address elevated concerns effectively.

• Engage in team dynamics by participating in supervisor meetings, monthly team discussions, and organization-wide Town Halls, contributing to an atmosphere of shared knowledge and experience.

• Uphold patient confidentiality in line with HIPAA regulations, ensuring compliance with all required training and organizational policies.

• The position offers an annual salary in the range of USD 115,000 – 130,000, based on your qualifications and experience.
