Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize a range of assessment tools, including symptom self-assessments and goal progress measures, to effectively monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation through our user-friendly digital therapist portal, enhancing efficiency and reducing red tape.

• Engage in ongoing supervision and support from the Therapy Leadership Team to continuously develop your clinical skills and enrich patient care.
\n
• Perform comprehensive mental health evaluations consistent with the DSM-5 standards, establishing clear diagnoses that inform treatment plans.
\n
• Create individualized treatment plans based on recognized best practices, offering evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each unique client.
\n
• Employ various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), behavior modification, and solution-focused brief therapy, to meet the needs of clients effectively.
\n
• Collaborate with psychiatric professionals to provide integrated care and maintain an open line of communication with fellow therapists, forming a robust support network.
\n
• Deliver weekly evidence-based therapy sessions via live video conferencing aimed at addressing a wide array of emotional and psychological disorders.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including adults facing various emotional disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in psychological fields such as clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited institution.

• An active independent license to practice therapy in the state of Oregon (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is essential, with the ability to hold licenses in multiple states being a significant advantage.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our benefits package includes:
