Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Aurora Insight Psychological Services, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting virtual therapy sessions for individuals, families, and groups using established evidence-based techniques to address various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, and relationship conflicts.

• Developing personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, focusing on their unique goals for recovery and overall well-being.

• Providing immediate crisis intervention support to clients in acute distress to ensure their safety and mental health stabilization.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records, adhering to all relevant state and federal regulations concerning privacy and documentation.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and healthcare providers, to coordinate comprehensive patient care and ensure holistic treatment approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n
