Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize automatically administered symptom self-assessments and progress measures to continuously monitor and adapt treatment plans, ensuring they are effective for each client.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation through our user-friendly therapist portal, which will support your efficiency and client management.

• Engage with the Therapy Leadership Team for support and consultation, leveraging their expertise when faced with complex clinical scenarios.

• Conduct thorough assessments to formulate mental health diagnoses in accordance with the standards set by the DSM V, ensuring accurate treatment planning.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based standard practice guidelines, leading to effective therapy and positive client outcomes.
\n
• Implement various therapeutic models—including but not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy, behavior modification, and brief therapy—during counseling sessions to address clients' needs.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatric providers and fellow therapists to create comprehensive treatment strategies, enhancing the overall care of clients.

• Offer weekly evidence-based therapy sessions conducted via secure live video, catering to adults dealing with a variety of emotional disorders.

Qualifications\n
