Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate remote care services for participants in an 8-week evidence-based behavioral health program, focusing on building effective coping strategies and promoting mental wellness.

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor participant progress, while providing ongoing follow-up communications to ensure adherence to treatment protocols.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to address participant needs, helping patients access resources and navigate consent and authorization procedures.
\n
• Maintain a vigilant approach to participant safety, promptly identifying and addressing high-risk scenarios in accordance with established company protocols.
\n
• Document all interactions meticulously to uphold compliance with HIPAA privacy and security regulations, ensuring confidentiality at all times.

• Engage actively in scheduled supervision meetings, contributing to the clinical oversight of treatment plans and participating in knowledge-sharing opportunities with peer counselors.

Qualifications\n

• A valid clinical license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Ability and willingness to maintain a consistent schedule to ensure reliable patient access to mental health services.

• Relevant clinical experience in psychotherapy with a strong grasp of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other solution-focused methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Attractive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 per year, determined by your experience and hours worked.
