Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide therapy services, including individual and family counseling, focusing on trauma-informed practices to ensure sensitivity in treatment.

• Maintaining detailed and organized clinical documentation, including client assessments and service plans, ensuring compliance with program requirements.

• Assess crisis situations and provide appropriate interventions to support clients in distress.

• Collaborate with other clinical team members to enhance service delivery and ensure coordinated care.

• Maintain a designated caseload, engaging regularly with clients to track progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Participate in case meetings and multidisciplinary discussions to optimize client outcomes.

• Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve supporting clients from diverse backgrounds, including those from historically marginalized communities who face unique barriers to mental health care. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a relevant field is required.

• An active clinical license is necessary, including options like LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW, with no supervision requirement.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 120,000 and 130,000 annually, reflecting your expertise and contributions to our team.
