Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients when they first enter therapy, utilizing tools and interview techniques to gather detailed information about their mental health and substance use concerns.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse clientele who may present with complex challenges associated with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. This includes individuals facing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and various addictions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based therapies specifically designed for co-occurring disorders, including Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment (IDDT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

Compensation and Benefits\n
