This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your work-life balance while delivering therapeutic services to clients. Our clinic operates Monday through Saturday, with opportunities to tailor your schedule to meet the needs of your patients while ensuring that administrative duties are managed effectively. Key Responsibilities\n

Your role will encompass a range of therapeutic and administrative tasks, including:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Implementing evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other modalities, to support patients in achieving their therapeutic goals.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams through regular documentation and meetings, such as patient rounds, to coordinate care and refine treatment strategies for holistic outcomes.

• Managing a caseload of patients, providing ongoing support and case management by collaborating with community resources and health professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery.

• Maintaining timely and ethical documentation practices as per departmental and legal standards, ensuring that all patient records are accurate and up to date.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Our patients come from varied backgrounds, which enriches the therapeutic experience and fosters an inclusive environment. The primary modalities you will utilize include short-term therapy models and long-term guidance tailored to individual case needs.

Qualifications\n

Candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid license to practice as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees are encouraged.

Compensation and Benefits\n
