Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, accurately identifying the necessary interventions.

• Craft personalized therapy plans tailored to each client's unique challenges and therapeutic goals.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques to foster healing and growth.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to ensure clients receive comprehensive, coordinated care.

• Provide education and support to families as they navigate through the healing process, fostering a collaborative treatment environment.

• Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential records in compliance with all ethical and regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients seeking marriage and family therapy services. You will facilitate discussions around family dynamics, communication barriers, and relationship issues, assisting clients in improving their interpersonal relationships and overall mental health. Our clientele ranges from individuals facing personal challenges to families seeking support in unresolved conflicts.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field is mandatory.

• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients and create a safe therapeutic environment.

• Demonstrated empathy, nonjudgmental attitude, and the ability to effectively engage with a diverse patient population.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience working in a community health clinic or similar setting is highly desirable.
