Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in regular staff meetings, group supervision sessions, and collaborative one-on-ones with your clinical supervisor and other team members to share insights and therapeutic strategies.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients’ unique mental health challenges, establishing effective and personalized treatment programs.

• Deliver personalized, evidence-based therapeutic interventions aimed at promoting both emotional and psychological growth while tracking and measuring client progress.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques and frameworks to cater to diverse client needs.

• Ensure comprehensive documentation of client sessions, upholding confidentiality and ethical standards per the guidelines established by the social work profession.

• Pursue ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and remain versed in the latest industry standards and practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree from an accredited program in Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Possession of a current, active state-issued license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of full-time counseling experience providing therapy across diverse client populations.

• Experience working with couples, children, and families, particularly in trauma-informed care practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, alongside a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your professional and personal needs.
