Key Responsibilities\n

• Thoroughly evaluate clients to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms, establishing a comprehensive understanding of their needs.

• Create individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients that align with their personal goals and preferences, while respecting their unique backgrounds.

• Utilize recognized therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to provide evidence-based treatment.

• Educate clients and families about mood disorders and available treatment options, fostering an environment of support and understanding.

• Continuously monitor client progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated care for clients with complex needs.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
