Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health strengths, challenges, and resources, ensuring a holistic understanding of each client.

• Implement therapeutic techniques tailored specifically to the needs of clients, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or trauma-focused therapy strategies.

• Coordinate care with other mental health professionals such as psychiatrists and psychologists to provide seamless continuity of care for clients.

• Perform crisis intervention and risk assessments when necessary, assisting clients to ensure their safety and wellbeing.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups designed to enhance client knowledge and coping strategies.
