Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Establishing a positive and trusting rapport with patients to create a comfortable atmosphere for therapy.

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations to diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.

• Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans that consider the specific needs, goals, and circumstances of each patient.

• Providing regular counseling sessions, adapting treatment approaches as necessary based on ongoing assessments of patient progress.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• A valid and current LMFT license issued by the state of Texas.
