Key Responsibilities\n

• Build strong therapeutic alliances with clients through empathetic listening and understanding, creating a safe space for open dialogue.

• Conduct accurate assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs.

• Facilitate individual and couples therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy.

• Monitor client progress and adapt treatment strategies as necessary, providing ongoing support and reframing approaches based on feedback and assessment results.

• Engage in continuous collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and refer clients to other specialists when additional support is required.

• Document all client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with organizational policies and ethical standards.

You will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals experiencing life transitions, couples navigating relationship challenges, and families dealing with a variety of mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT license issued by the state of Texas.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a closely related field.

• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and tools to address mental health issues.

• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and inspire change through effective therapeutic engagement.

• Exceptional organization and documentation skills to maintain comprehensive patient records.

Preferred Experience\n

• Certification or relevant experience in addiction therapy or co-occurring disorder treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
