Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be entrusted with a variety of responsibilities that enhance patient care. Specifically, your duties include:

• Conducting therapeutic sessions with couples, families, and individuals to address complex mental health issues.

• Creating individualized treatment plans that encompass both therapeutic objectives and client needs.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices to address challenges such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, communication difficulties, and adjustment to life changes.

• Facilitating therapy sessions that promote dialogue and understanding, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for all participants.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment interventions, and clinical outcomes within our electronic health record system.

• Participating in regular case consultations with fellow clinicians and contributing to the ongoing enhancement of our service delivery model.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will cater to a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health concerns. Your expertise will be called upon to guide clients through issues such as separation and divorce, blended family dynamics, and job-related stressors. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n

Montage Counseling Center offers a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise.
