Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of clients' mental health needs, accurately diagnosing conditions and formulating effective treatment plans that adhere to clinic policies.

• Maintain an active caseload of 25-30 clients per week, providing individual, family, and group therapy to clients through in-person and telehealth modalities.

• Document each session thoroughly, preparing ongoing clinical notes, treatment plan adjustments, and other required documentation in compliance with the clinic's standards.

• Work collaboratively with case managers, family members, educational personnel, and other stakeholders to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure continuity of treatment.

• Engage in regular case consultations with team members, leveraging collective knowledge and insights to improve patient outcomes.

• Utilize innovative therapeutic techniques tailored to each client, focusing on their specific goals and needs.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
