In this role, you will provide individual, family, and group therapy services, contributing to the mental wellness of children, adolescents, and families in the San Jose, California area. Key Responsibilities\n

Your daily duties will include:

• Conducting initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and formulating individualized treatment plans.
\n
• Maintaining a minimum caseload of 27 client visits per week for full-time clinicians, managing scheduling and documentation effectively.
\n
• Implementing therapeutic interventions using creative modalities tailored to each client’s unique goals.
\n
• Preparing and maintaining detailed documentation in accordance with company policies, including assessment summaries and treatment plan reviews.
\n
• Collaborating with case managers, educators, and medical professionals to coordinate care and optimize client outcomes.
\n
• Attending regular clinical team meetings to share insights and strategies, contributing to a thriving practice culture.
\n
• Providing consultations and support to clients and their families in various settings, including via telehealth platforms.
\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on children, adolescents, and families, addressing a range of mental health issues. You will provide therapeutic support to diverse clients, helping them navigate personal and interpersonal challenges through evidence-based practices and innovative therapeutic techniques.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A master's degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution.
\n
• An active LMFT license to practice in California.
\n
• Proven experience in completing clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and case notes.
\n
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
\n
• Timeliness and organization in documentation processes, ensuring all client interactions are recorded promptly and accurately.
\n
• Ability to establish appropriate boundaries with clients, promoting a safe and professional therapeutic environment.
\n
• Familiarity and comfort working with a diverse client population.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following skills and experiences are preferable:

• A comfort level with Office 365 and proficiency in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems—experience with Valant is a plus.

• Demonstrated ability to tailor interventions creatively to meet clients' individual needs.

• Experience in a community health setting to support your work in our clinic environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Alongside a robust pay structure, we offer:
