Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Wellpower, your main responsibilities will include:

• Leading individual and couple therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Diagnosing and treating various mental health disorders including grief and loss, family conflicts, job stress, and the complexities of blended family dynamics.

• Facilitating communication and resolving conflicts among family members to promote collaboration and understanding.

• Providing referrals to specialists and additional resources as necessary to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation to comply with HIPAA regulations and center policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse array of clients, including individuals facing mental health challenges related to alcohol abuse, psychological trauma, family dynamics, separation and divorce adjustment, and more. You will be instrumental in guiding clients toward healing and recovery while addressing their specific needs within the context of their familial and social environments.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
