Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate effectively with a team of healthcare professionals in a virtual setting, ensuring that every patient receives a holistic approach to their mental health care.

• Provide immediate virtual support to families undergoing acute crises, focusing on conflict resolution and crisis stabilization through thoughtful online engagement.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans based on thorough virtual assessments, and consistently monitor progress to adapt strategies as needed.

• Conduct various therapy sessions—individual, family, and group—utilizing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Behavioral Therapy, and Psychotherapy through secure telehealth platforms.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele that includes individuals and families dealing with various behavioral health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• Licensure: Must possess an active state license as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in the state of California.
