Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand the individual needs of clients, followed by the development of personalized treatment plans that align with therapeutic goals.

• Employ a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques that are appropriate for each client’s unique circumstances.

• Deliver crisis intervention support as required, ensuring that clients receive immediate assistance during critical situations.

• Document and maintain accurate, confidential electronic health records in accordance with California state regulations, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary care team, including psychiatrists, case managers, and other therapists, to coordinate client care and improve overall treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active LMFT license in California and maintain a good standing with the state licensing board.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field is required.
