Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, and relationship issues.

• Facilitate individual and couple therapy sessions to address issues such as communication difficulties, family conflicts, and grief and loss.

• Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and documentation of client interactions and progress in line with organizational protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clinical focus will include working with a diverse client base, addressing a range of issues such as family dynamics, substance abuse, trauma, job-related stress, and challenges associated with blended families or separation and divorce. You will work closely with clients of all ages, helping them navigate their mental health journeys and supporting them through personal and familial challenges.

Qualifications\n

• Must be a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with an active state license to practice.

• Possess a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
