Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with clients through secure telehealth platforms to conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Behavioral Therapy, and Psychotherapy.

• Collaborate virtually with a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals, sharing insights and strategies to ensure a holistic approach to patient care that addresses both psychological and emotional needs.

• Assess the needs of clients in crisis situations and provide immediate virtual support, stabilizing acute issues and facilitating resolutions in real-time.
\n
• Design and execute personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and client goals, regularly reviewing and refining these plans to monitor progress and adapt strategies.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and company policies, ensuring continuity of care and the responsible management of client information.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and families experiencing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Many clients may also be dealing with substance use disorders, requiring a nuanced approach that balances therapeutic interventions with empathy and understanding. Your role will be pivotal in helping them achieve healthier relationships and improved mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or an equivalent field.

• Possession of current and active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California, ensuring compliance with state regulations and standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n
