Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans. \n
- Offer both individual and group therapy sessions, as well as couple and family sessions. \n
- Address a wide array of issues including, but not limited to, alcohol abuse, psychological trauma, grief, conflicts among family members, and adjustment challenges related to separation or divorce. \n
- Apply evidence-based therapeutic techniques and methodologies to stimulate positive outcomes and behavioral changes. \n
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and ethical guidelines in the field of marriage and family therapy. \n
- Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with organizational policies and regulations. \n
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic support to clients. \n
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Central Cure Network, you will engage with a diverse client population, including couples dealing with relational stress, families experiencing transitions, and individuals addressing personal mental health challenges. You will tailor your therapeutic approaches to suit the unique needs of each client, ensuring they receive the highest level of care in a supportive and understanding environment.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required. \n
- Current, active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). \n
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and a strong understanding of virtual counseling methods. \n
- Commitment to ethical practice, patient confidentiality, and continual professional growth. \n

- Previous clinical experience in a telehealth setting or experience working with family dynamics is highly desirable. \n
- Familiarity with evidence-based therapy models for couples and family therapy. \n
- Experience in crisis intervention and treatment planning. \n
The Central Cure Network offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 – $100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
