Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients’ mood disorder symptoms.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients' individual needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address client issues effectively.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care practices, facilitating informed decision-making.
\n
• Monitor and document client progress continuously, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals for integrated care, sharing insights and strategies to enhance treatment plans.

• Stay informed about recent research and advancements in the field of mood disorders to refine therapeutic approaches and methodologies.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in regular case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills.

• Act as a client advocate, working to reduce mental health stigma and ensure that client needs are met effectively.
