The WeCare Mental Coping Strategies Clinic is in search of dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to join our dynamic and innovative psychotherapy practice. This full-time, fully remote position offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to choose your own caseload of billable hours ranging from 10 to 30 per week, tailored to your availability and work-life balance needs.

Our telehealth services facilitate connections between therapists and clients, ensuring accessibility and convenience. Clinicians can also engage in collaborative group sessions, either remotely or in person, as needed. We take care of all administrative tasks, allowing you to focus entirely on providing quality care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide outpatient mental health treatments, including diagnostic evaluations and short-term psychotherapy to individuals, families, and groups.

• Conduct comprehensive case management, evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, and delivery of therapeutic interventions.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices as per the latest standards outlined in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM).
\n
• Engage in crisis intervention and management, providing immediate support and resources to clients in distress.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to optimize treatment plans and patient outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including therapy reports and correspondence with external agencies, while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Actively participate in clinical team meetings, contributing to the development of departmental goals and quality management initiatives.

• Consult and offer insight into complex cases, working collaboratively to develop effective treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic focuses on serving diverse populations dealing with a wide array of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. Clients come to us seeking evidence-based therapeutic techniques, as well as supportive counseling for issues such as relationship dynamics, conflict resolution, and stress management. We emphasize a holistic approach, taking into consideration the sociocultural factors that influence our clients' mental health.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or a Psy.D in the state of Florida.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution is required.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in providing psychotherapy services to diverse populations.
\n
• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms and maintaining electronic health records for effective client documentation and communication.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing services within an outpatient setting, particularly through telehealth modalities.

• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and best practices in mental health therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 80,000 and 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
