Work Environment\n

As a remote position, this role offers the flexibility to work from your home while being part of a supportive outpatient team. You will utilize telehealth technology to connect with clients, ensuring they receive the same level of care and attention as they would in person. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations for mental health diagnoses and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Maintain a minimum caseload of 27 client visits per week, encapsulating varying treatment modalities including individual, family, and group therapy.
\n
• Utilize innovative and creative therapeutic interventions to help clients reach their goals and embrace their potential.
\n
• Complete accurate and timely ongoing documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes, following organizational policies.
\n
• Coordinate care with other professionals, families, and school staff to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
\n
• Participate actively in clinical staff meetings and trainings to enhance your skills and contribute to the team’s objectives.

• Support the development of a positive team culture by sharing insights, collaborating with colleagues, and uplifting client success stories.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will primarily include children, adolescents, and families facing a spectrum of mental health issues. You will work with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, ensuring that every client feels valued and understood within a safe space. Your empathy and creativity will be vital in crafting solutions that resonate with patients, allowing them to navigate their challenges effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Behavioral Sciences or related field from an accredited institution is required.

• An active LMFT clinical license is a must for eligibility.

• Proficiency in clinical documentation practices, particularly in creating assessments, treatment plans, and case notes.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.

• Ability to maintain client confidentiality and manage caseloads efficiently.
\n
• A commitment to establishing and maintaining appropriate professional boundaries in all client interactions.

• Familiarity with working with a culturally diverse clientele is essential.

• Proficient use of Office 365; prior experience with Electronic Health Records systems, particularly Valant, is highly regarded.

• Must pass a background check prior to hiring.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $105,000, accompanied by a sign-on bonus, reflecting your skills and experience.
