Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• Education: A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Licensure: A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Illinois.

• Cultural Competence: A strong understanding of mental health disorders and the ability to practice therapy through a culturally responsive lens is essential.

• Therapeutic Experience: Demonstrated proficiency in delivering individual and group therapy, with experience in diverse therapeutic approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
