Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the severity and duration of clients’ mood disorder symptoms, tailoring care to meet their unique needs.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, guiding them on mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies.

• Monitor client progress through structured sessions and adjust treatment strategies based on ongoing assessments and feedback.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, to ensure integrated treatment for comprehensive care.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatments to enhance therapeutic approaches.

• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to ethical and legal confidentiality requirements.

Qualifications\n
