Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Provide individual and couple therapy, focusing on the dynamics of relationships and family structures.

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitate therapy sessions addressing a range of issues, including but not limited to alcohol abuse, familial conflicts, grief and loss, and separation/divorce.

• Monitor and document patient progress in accordance with organizational policies and insurance requirements.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.

• Participate in regular case consultations and provide peer support to enhance clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will involve working with a diverse client population, including couples, families, and individuals dealing with various challenges. You will specialize in addressing:

• Job-related stress and its impacts on personal relationships.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential.

• An active state license to practice in Illinois.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Preferred Experience\n

We are looking for candidates who have at least two years of experience in a clinical setting, particularly those who are proficient in therapeutic modalities relevant to family and couples therapy. Candidates with prior experience in managing complex client cases and those skilled in teletherapy practices will be given preference.
