Liberton Counseling Services is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our expanding team as a full-time remote provider. This role offers the opportunity to conduct therapy sessions via Telehealth, allowing for flexible work arrangements while delivering vital mental health services to children, adolescents, and families across Seattle, Washington. Our annual salary range for this position is USD 80,000 to 100,000, complemented by various benefits.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Maintain a caseload of at least 27 client visits per week for full-time clinicians, which includes individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Document clinical assessments, treatment plans, and case notes accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to company policy.
\n
• Utilize creative therapeutic interventions to facilitate client growth and achievement of personal goals.
\n
• Collaborate with case managers, medical personnel, families, and educational staff as necessary to coordinate comprehensive care.
\n
• Participate in ongoing training initiatives and clinical staff meetings to share insights and best practices.
\n
• Contribute positively to teamwork and support a culture of respect and inclusion within the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with a diverse clientele, including individuals from various cultural backgrounds and those with different life experiences. Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active LMFT license in Washington state, with clinical experience in therapy.

• Proficient in clinical documentation such as assessments, treatment plans, and case notes.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills that reflect professionalism.

• Ability to meet deadlines for administrative documentation while effectively managing time.

• Expertise in establishing and maintaining appropriate boundaries with clients.

• A commitment to working with a diverse patient population and adapting therapeutic approaches accordingly.

• Familiarity with Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems; experience with Valant is a plus.

• Must be able to pass a background check.
