Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families utilizing a secure telehealth platform.

• Perform thorough biopsychosocial assessments to understand clients’ backgrounds and develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.

• Implement a range of therapeutic techniques, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), systemic therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation in accordance with Nevada's healthcare regulations and licensure standards.

• Collaborate with other clinical team members to ensure a cohesive approach to client care and support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Remote LMFT, you will engage with a diverse client population experiencing a variety of challenges, including relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and behavioral concerns. Your role is critical in facilitating healing, trust, and communication among clients, helping them navigate transitions and foster healthier relationships.

Qualifications\n

• Active LMFT license in the state of Nevada, with interstate licensure considered a valuable asset.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related discipline is required.

• Demonstrated clinical skills with a focus on relational therapy and family systems approaches.

• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience working as a Marriage and Family Therapist.

• Prior telehealth experience is preferred; however, comprehensive training will be provided to support your transition into this medium.

Compensation and Benefits\n

LumaMind Therapy offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
